How to do a Mandatory Max GO device update?

Your Max GO device will sometimes require a mandatory update, to continue syncing the device and the Personify Health app. 

Important: Make sure to complete this update, as the syncing process will not be possible without it.

Should the update become available, it will be displayed in the Personify Health app.

To update the device, tap More, then Devices & Apps, which will display a red dot, indicating an available update. 

Once on the Devices & Apps page, you should tap on Max GO.

 

Tap on the Update Device button, in order to initiate the update process. 

Once your device starts updating, you will see the estimated time on the screen.


When the  update is completed, tap Done to finish the process. 

After the completed update, your Max GO will no longer display a message concerning the update. 

You are now all set to start syncing your stats once again!
